The physical world we are living in right now is a temporary world, since every person dies. The world (physical) will not live eternally, but the New World that God is going to make is. With this world being temporary so are our sins and desires, but believers are to resist temptation and sin because we are called to follow the example of Christ. Doing God’s will Is our goal in life. This ultimately won’t save you though, it will not overcome your sins. We are already saved through Christ’s sacrifice. So a life with fellowship will last eternally, but a life long lived through worldly things won’t and ultimately will be gone.
