It’s a legacy. If we don’t find Christ we’ll grow away from him and if your parents aren’t believers it can be very destructive. Now if we have Christ in our lives then we’ll imitate him more and more over time. Our maturity grows and our faith will grow. Once we allow the spirit to work within us, the spirit will change us and if we have generation sins we will change that legacy. The hope is that we’ll not only impact our children or others around us currently but for generations ahead.
