“This letter is from Jude, a slave of Jesus Christ and a brother of James. I am writing to all who have been called by God the Father, who loves you and keeps you safe in the care of Jesus Christ. May God give you more and more mercy, peace, and love.”
Jude 1:1-2 NLT
Jude immediately starts of the book by saying he’s a slave of Christ just like Paul, James and Timothy. We’re all slaves of Christ, but some have a hard time thinking this way. They here slave and think immediately to the worst meaning of it, but there not meaning it in that way. They are devoted to him, they have given their life’s up to him. So that in all they do they glory God. So ponder this idea of being a slave of a Christ and build your relationship with him. God is a eternal relationship, never ending. So don’t forget that you have a relationship with him, we are too love him and keep that close to us.
