Again hate the sin and love the person. This process of giving someone mercy is hard to many, but it’s needed. When people are sinning, you need to be cautious of their fighting and if not help them fight as Christ has done for us. There are many who are dying from sin in their lives and what are we doing? What are you doing or combating that person’s sins? Sin is super destructive and will slowly eat you away and turn you away from God. It’s rotten and corrodes the person’s mind and heart. Don’t forget that we should be helping others, everyone has some sort of sin in their lives. So why not help them? Or hold them accountable? Honestly people simply don’t think about it or think selfishly and don’t want to help. But we should, if we want to embody Christ then we should be helping others. Especially with sin. Do not just think about yourself in situations when you see others struggling or in general, think about others and show mercy and love towards them. Stay vigilant, and be aware.
