“Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. Always be humble and gentle. We need to do right by God. He’s giving us so much, but we honestly will never reach the potential God has set for us. Now don’t be discouraged about that, for you still can grow, we can be encouraged to always do better. To strive to be like Christ. If we want to do better we need to do Gods will, be like Christ and sacrifice yourself to God. To have our eyes and focus on God not other things. God is priority and should always be priority in your lives. So think about what Paul is telling us and see what you can improve. See how you can use your gifts more and sharpen what God has given you.
